The gift box showed in the pictures is formed by two parts: square lid and square base.
The CMYK printed face paper is 157gsm and is also matte laminated.
Advantages of matte lamination:
1. protect the ink;
2. luxury effect;
We use 2.0mm rigid paper board to form the box structure, 2.0mm paper board is commenly adopted for making rigid packaging boxes.
The inside paper is offset paper with CMYK printing.

If you need square shape separate lid and base rigid boxes, just come to us for solutions.
We have automatic mounting machine to pasted 128/157gsm face/inside paper with paper board. Automatic handling will lower the cost.
We help to embed your logo or picture on box and offer you solutions of knife-cut layout for your reference.

Foil stapming logo can be imposed on the paper to make it more luxurious.
