Set up boxes, also called rigig gift boxes, are made of face paper and 1.0~3.5mm rigid paperboard, widely use for luxury products packaging. Set up boxes, almost 4 times thicker than normal carton boxes and with various inserts, are rigid and strong enough to protect the products inside and reduce breakage. For the set up box inserts, we have multi materials for your options, such as paper, EVA, EPE, foam, velvet, etc. For rigid set up boxes, we do printing and surface finishing on face paper not on rigid paper board. The face paper printed with logo & graphic is pasted on rigid paperboard. We can make your boxes stand out by printing, foil stamping, UV coating and embossing on premium quality face paper. Meanwhile we have assorted paper stocks for the face paper, like art paper, fancy paper, texture paper, patterm paper, etc.
